We built our own tracking instead of using an affiliate network, for one reason: a lot of our customers sign up inside Telegram, where browser cookies don't exist. An off-the-shelf network would silently lose those referrals and you'd never be paid for them.

Questions
Do I need a Telegram account?
No. The portal is an ordinary website with an email and password, and you can promote using web links alone. Our products are Telegram tools, but nothing about being a partner requires you to use Telegram yourself.
Do I have to promote both products?
No, and it's written into the agreement. Promote whichever fits your audience. Your single code works for both, so if you ever mention the other one it still tracks.
Is there a minimum audience?
No. We review by hand and care about fit, not follower count. A 900-subscriber channel of Telegram admins is worth more to us than 90,000 general tech viewers.
What if a customer refunds?
The commission is reversed. That's why there's a 30-day hold before anything becomes payable — most refunds happen well inside it, so in practice you rarely see a reversal at all.
How long does approval take?
Usually under two working days. A person reads every application.
Can I use paid ads?
Yes, with one exception: you can't bid on our brand names. Everything else — content, YouTube, newsletters, communities where it's allowed — is fine.
Do I need to disclose that it's an ad?
Yes, and this is the rule that catches people out. Put "#Ad" or "Ad" at the start of the content, before the link — not at the bottom. It's a legal requirement in the UK and both of us are responsible for it.
What happens if I stop promoting?
You keep earning on the customers you already referred for the rest of their 12 months. If either of us ends the agreement for convenience, that continues — you did the work that brought them in.
