1. The service
EzSuppBot ("we", "us") hosts and runs the Telegram bot(s) you connect and provides a web panel, AI features, translation, analytics and team tools to help you handle customer support. You are responsible for the bot token you provide and for how you use the service with your customers.
2. Your account & acceptable use
You must link a Telegram account and provide a valid email. Don't use the service for spam, illegal content, or to abuse Telegram's or third parties' terms. We may suspend accounts that do.
3. Plans, trials & billing
Free and Pro plans are available. Pro includes a monthly allowance of AI "responses"; unused Pro allowance carries over. A no-card trial may be offered once per Telegram account. Paid plans renew until cancelled. AI replies and machine translations may be imperfect — you are responsible for what your bot sends to your customers.
4. Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email, and linked Telegram username/ID.
- Service data: your bots, tickets, messages and settings, processed to run the service.
- Usage data: basic analytics to operate and improve the product.
5. How we use your data
We use your data to provide and improve the service, process payments, and provide support. We use trusted processors (e.g. Stripe for payments, an email provider, and an AI provider) solely to deliver these features. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Marketing communications
If you opt in at signup (a separate, optional choice), we may use your account contact details to send you product news, tips and offers. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time via the link in those emails or by contacting us — this does not affect service or transactional emails (e.g. billing, security).
7. Your customers' data
Tickets and messages from your customers belong to your support operation; we process them on your behalf to run your bot. We do not use your customers' contact details for our own marketing.
8. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your account data, and opt out of marketing at any time. Contact us and we'll help. Deleting your account removes your bots and associated data.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the content of automated (AI/translated) messages your bot sends.
